What is collected, and why

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email address, phone number, where the pool is, the service you need and your message.

This is used to answer you and, where relevant, to draw up a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

How long it is kept

Enquiry with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
Client under contract: for the duration of the contract, then the statutory retention period for accounting records (10 years).

Who has access

You and I, and no one else. The form is processed directly on the site's own hosting, at OVH in France, and the message is sent to contact@cotepiscine-46.fr, also hosted by OVH. No third-party service is involved, nothing is stored on the server, and nothing is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool. It loads no external font and no third-party script: nothing is sent to a third party simply because you visited. No consent banner is therefore required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@cotepiscine-46.fr: you will get an answer within one month. If you disagree with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
